Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund are permitted only under the following circumstances:
- The product is infested or has spoiled at the time of delivery.
- The packaging is torn or improperly sealed upon delivery.
- The product has expired at the time of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- To be eligible for an return and refund, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
- Perishable items or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a suitable resolution.
Refunds:
- After inspection and approval of your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please notify Omnipure within 48 hours of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product by emailing support@nutri360.in.
- In your email, please include your order number, invoice image, two clear images of the outer packaging, two clear images of the damaged product, and an unboxing video showing the damage.
